Rough Times

Today the Chalmers Mastercard scholarship was awarded to several different projects – unfortunately umnandi was not among them. This means we are still self-funded but that’s life and that’s entrepreneurship. Taking risks, seeing how things work out. And if they don’t work out, find other ways. We got some alternative sources for funding in mind. Work in progress…

However, we also keep costs to a minimum – we got really cheap flights, free accommodation provided by Kara’s family in Johannesburg and Sammie’s family in Cape Town. And our partner’s provide venues, transportation for the kids, food for the workshops, give-aways and personal help in myriad ways.
